We serve a wide area, including Chateaugay, Burke, Constable, Malone, Fort Covington, Westville, Bangor, Brushton, Moira, Dickinson, St. Regis Falls, and surrounding areas in Franklin County New York for weekly curbside pick-ups.

For other waste management and junk removal needs we service Franklin and Clinton County New York, other New York State counties and parts of Vermont. To check if we service your location, reach out to our team and we'd be happy to assist you.

When should my trash container be put out?

For a smooth and speedy pick-up, we kindly ask you to place your trash container by the roadside the night before. We appreciate your help in making our service even better!

Question 5

What can be placed in my trash container?

Accepted Answer

We kindly request that you utilize your trash container for all household waste. Any excess waste beyond the container's capacity may incur an additional charge.

Please note: Non-household waste items will attract extra fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Can I have other items besides household waste picked up?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We're excited to help you remove a variety of items beyond just household waste, including mattresses, furniture, plastic toys, and more for a small additional service charge. Just drop us an email or shoot us a text to let us know!

Just a friendly reminder: CFSWMA does have additional fees for certain household items like televisions and refrigerators.

We regret to inform you that we cannot accept the removal of the following items:

Hazardous materials
Tires
Chemicals and liquid waste

Should I expect any changes to my pick-up day?

CFSWMA observes the following holidays during which our services will be unavailable:

New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Washington's Birthday (President's Day)
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

If your scheduled service falls on any of these holidays, your service date will be adjusted accordingly, and you will receive a notification via our electronic communication channels.
